        A warm welcome to Art & Soul Station!


        We appreciate your commitment to our regular classes, consisting of four weekly sessions in a month. Kindly settle the fees in full before joining the class on the first day of each month. Payment can be made through a bank transfer or in cash. 


        If you’re new, enjoy a trial session to see if our classes are the perfect fit for you or your child. This trial provides the opportunity to experience our class first hand and ensures your satisfaction before committing to enrolling for the term.


        Our classes start and finish promptly, ensuring a delightful experience for everyone.


        Kindly have your child arrive within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time and no earlier than 5 minutes. Ensure they are picked up within 10 minutes after the class ends. Their safety is our top priority. 


        Kindly request that children are taken to the toilet before their class commences to avoid disruption to the classes.


        Let’s be considerate of our neighbours during drop-off and pick-up on our lovely, quiet street.


        We provide general painting materials for our kids’ classes, but specific items like canvases, oil paints, gold leaf, and texture paste need to be brought by the children. 


        Feel free to take your paintings home after each session or leave them here until completion. You are supposed to collect your unfinished paintings if they sit in the studio for too long (more than a couple of months).


        Missed a class during the term? No worries, but please note there are no refunds or discounts. 

        However, if you inform us in advance, we’ll do our best to offer make-up classes, subject to availability. The make-up classes can’t be on the same day as you enrolled in our regular classes.

        Alternatively, opt for casual sessions at $50 each if you can’t commit our classes regularly.


        Planning an extended holiday? A thoughtful two weeks’ notice allows us to fill the space while you’re away. You’re always welcome to re-join the classes upon your return.


        If you have been away at the start of the term, we look forward to welcoming you back when you return from your trip.


        Workshop Policies:


        Excited about our workshops? So are we!


        For workshops, a bank transfer at least 5 days in advance secures your spot. If you change your mind before the commencement, a full refund is available with just 1 week’s notice.


        Workshops require a minimum number of students to run smoothly. In case we don’t reach that number, we’ll notify you in advance and offer a full refund or reschedule. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.


        We may take photographs of students participating in class or any artwork they create in class and publish them on our website and social media pages, or for other advertising and publicity purposes. If you do not want you or your child and artwork to be photographed, we ask that you inform us before the commencement of the term. Nevertheless, if at any time you request that we remove any images of you or your child and artwork, we will endeavor to do so as soon as possible.
